CrossFit Devotion's Dads Only Strength Camp

We are looking for 10 Dads who are ready to jump start their fitness while getting really really strong!

START DATE = June 14th! Space is LIMITED.

Maple Valley/ Covington's First Ever Dad's Only Strength Camp.

You do not need to be in good shape to start.

This program is designed for beginner and the intermediate.

Here's what you get:

  • 3 strength building workouts each week. (Mon/Wed/Fri @ 7pm)

  • Nutrition guidance so you can fuel your workouts for the best result possible.

  • A professional coach at every workout teaching you how to workout and move properly.

  • Learn how to workout and lift properly while getting stronger so you can continue to get strong long after this program is over.

  • before and after body scans (body fat and muscle mass test).
